شروط الاستخدام

باستخدامك تطبيق مكيال توافق على هذي الشروط. التطبيق مقدّم من سليمان ابراهيم المزيرعي، المملكة العربية السعودية.
1. الأهلية والحساب
- لازم يكون عمرك 16 سنة أو أكثر.
- الدخول بإيميلك (أو اسم المستخدم) وكود يوصلك بالإيميل، وأنت مسؤول عن جهازك وإيميلك.
- اسم المستخدم لازم ما يكون مسيء أو ينتحل شخصية أحد.
2. تنبيه صحي
مكيال أداة للمساعدة في متابعة الأكل والتمارين، ومو جهاز طبي ولا بديل عن الطبيب أو أخصائي التغذية. السعرات والماكروز والمعادن وتوقعات الدورة وردود المدرب الذكي كلها تقديرية وعامة. إذا عندك حالة صحية أو حمل أو اضطراب أكل، استشر مختص قبل ما تغيّر أكلك أو تمارينك. توقعات الدورة ما تصلح لمنع الحمل.
3. مكيال+ (الاشتراك)
- مكيال+ اشتراك شهري (19.99 ر.س) أو سنوي (146.33 ر.س)، والسعر النهائي اللي يطلع لك في المتجر.
- الدفع عن طريق حسابك في App Store أو Google Play، والاشتراك يتجدد تلقائياً بنفس المدة والسعر إلا إذا ألغيته قبل نهاية الفترة بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.
- الإلغاء وإدارة الاشتراك من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر، والإلغاء يوقف التجديد الجاي وتبقى المزايا لين نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
- لو فيه تجربة مجانية، تتحوّل لاشتراك مدفوع في نهايتها إلا إذا ألغيتها قبلها.
- الاسترداد حسب سياسة أبل أو قوقل.
- ممكن نعطي مكيال+ مجاناً لفترة (عرض إطلاق)، وينتهي بتاريخه المعلن.
4. المحتوى اللي تضيفه
- أنت مالك محتواك (الطبخات، الصور، الرسائل)، وتعطينا إذن نخزّنه ونعرضه لك وللي تختارهم بس عشان نشغّل الخدمة.
- ممنوع ترسل صور أو رسائل فيها عُري أو عنف أو تحرّش أو كراهية أو أي شي مخالف للأنظمة. تقدر تبلّغ عن أي صورة أو تحظر أي مستخدم من داخل التطبيق، ونراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة، ونحذف المخالف ونوقف الحساب المخالف.
5. المدرب الذكي وتحليل الصور
المدرب وتقدير سعرات الصور والصوت يستخدمون الذكاء الاصطناعي (Claude من Anthropic)، وردودهم ممكن تكون غير دقيقة. فيه حد يومي للاستخدام يختلف بين المجاني ومكيال+.
6. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه واسمه وشعاره ومحتواه (ومنه محتوى مستخدم بترخيص من أصحابه) محمي، وما يجوز نسخه أو إعادة نشره بدون إذن. أسماء المطاعم وشعاراتها ملك لأصحابها، والقيم الغذائية لوجباتها تقريبية وما تعني أي شراكة معهم.
7. الاستخدام المقبول
ممنوع تحاول تخترق التطبيق، أو تسحب بياناته آلياً، أو تتجاوز حدود الاستخدام، أو تستخدمه لإزعاج غيرك.
8. إيقاف الحساب وحذفه
تقدر تحذف حسابك متى ما تبي من «حسابي ← حذف الحساب». ونقدر نوقف أي حساب يخالف هذي الشروط.
9. حدود المسؤولية
التطبيق مقدّم «كما هو». بأقصى حد يسمح فيه النظام، ما نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن الاعتماد على الأرقام أو النصايح التقديرية في التطبيق.
10. النظام المطبّق
تخضع هذي الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. لو غيّرناها بشكل مهم نبلّغك داخل التطبيق.

By using Mikyal you agree to these terms. Mikyal is provided by Suliman Ibrahim Almuzairai, Saudi Arabia. Apple's standard EULA also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.
1. Eligibility and account
- You must be 16 or older.
- You sign in with your email (or username) and a code sent to your email, and you are responsible for your device and email account.
- Usernames must not be offensive or impersonate anyone.
2. Health notice
Mikyal helps you track food and workouts. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian. Calories, macros, micronutrients, cycle predictions and AI coach replies are estimates and general guidance. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an eating disorder, consult a professional before changing your diet or training. Cycle predictions must not be used for contraception.
3. Mikyal+ subscription
- Mikyal+ is a monthly (SAR 19.99) or yearly (SAR 146.33) subscription; the final price is the one shown in the store.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
- Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled before.
- Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policy.
- We may offer Mikyal+ free for a limited time (launch offer), ending on its announced date.
4. Your content
- You own your content (recipes, photos, messages) and grant us permission to store it and show it to you and the people you choose, only to operate the service.
- Do not send nudity, violence, harassment, hate or unlawful content. You can report any photo or block any user in the app; we review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and suspend violating accounts.
5. AI coach and photo analysis
The coach and photo/voice calorie estimates use AI (Claude by Anthropic) and may be inaccurate. Daily usage limits differ between free and Mikyal+.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, name, logo and content (including content used under license from its owners) are protected and may not be copied or republished without permission. Restaurant names and logos belong to their owners; their meal values are approximate and imply no partnership.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to hack the app, scrape its data, bypass usage limits or use it to harass others.
8. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on the estimated numbers or tips in the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will notify you in the app of material changes.
