ما وصلني كود الدخول

الكود يوصل بالإيميل من support@mikyal.net خلال دقيقة. شيّك على البريد غير المرغوب (Spam)، ولو ما وصل اضغط «إعادة الإرسال» بعد انتهاء العداد.

كيف ينحسب احتياجي من السعرات؟

من وزنك وهدفك (تنشيف / محافظة / تضخيم). عدّل بياناتك من «حسابي ← تعديل بياناتي وهدفي» والأرقام تتحدّث لحالها. الأرقام تقديرية ومو بديل عن الطبيب.

كيف ألغي اشتراك مكيال+؟

من إعدادات حسابك في App Store (الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات) أو Google Play. أو من داخل التطبيق: صفحة مكيال+ ← إدارة الاشتراك.

غيّرت جوالي، كيف أرجّع اشتراكي؟

ادخل بنفس الإيميل أو اسم المستخدم، وفي صفحة مكيال+ اضغط «استعادة المشتريات».

كيف أربط Apple Health؟

من «حسابي ← الأجهزة والتطبيقات الصحية». تقدر تلغي الإذن متى ما تبي من تطبيق الصحة ← المشاركة ← التطبيقات.

كيف أحذف حسابي؟

من «حسابي ← حذف الحساب»، أو شوف صفحة حذف الحساب.

أبلّغ عن صورة أو مستخدم

اضغط على الصورة ← «إبلاغ» أو «حظر». نراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة.

I didn't get my sign-in code

The code arrives by email from support@mikyal.net within a minute. Check your spam folder, or tap “Resend” once the timer ends.

How are my calorie needs calculated?

From your weight and goal (cut / maintain / bulk). Update them in Profile → Edit my details & goal and the numbers update automatically. Numbers are estimates, not medical advice.

How do I cancel Mikyal+?

In your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play, or in the app: Mikyal+ → Manage subscription.

New phone — how do I get my subscription back?

How do I connect Apple Health?

From Profile → Devices & health apps. You can revoke access anytime in the Health app → Sharing → Apps.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account, or see the account deletion page.

Tap the photo → “Report” or “Block”. We review reports within 24 hours.
