مكيال تطبيق لحساب السعرات والتغذية والتمارين. نحترم خصوصيتك، وهذي السياسة توضح وش البيانات اللي نجمعها، وليش، ومع مين تنشارك، وكيف تحذفها. مسؤول البيانات: سليمان ابراهيم المزيرعي، المملكة العربية السعودية. للتواصل: support@mikyal.net.
1. البيانات اللي نجمعها
- الحساب: الإيميل، الاسم، اسم المستخدم.
- بيانات الجسم والهدف: الجنس، العمر، الطول، الوزن، مستوى النشاط، الهدف (تنشيف / محافظة / تضخيم).
- البيانات الصحية: الوجبات والسعرات والماكروز والمعادن، الماء، سجل الوزن، التمارين، و(للمستخدمات اللي يفعّلونها) مواعيد الدورة الشهرية.
- Apple Health / Health Connect (اختياري، قراءة فقط): الخطوات، الحرق النشط، النوم، نبض الراحة — بس بعد موافقتك، وما نكتب أي شي فيها.
- المحتوى اللي تضيفه: رسائلك مع المدرب الذكي، طبخاتك وصورها، المفضلة، صور التوثيق (الستريك) والرسائل بين الأصدقاء.
- الصور والصوت لحساب السعرات: صورة الأكل أو الكلام المحوّل لنص ينرسل للتحليل ويرجع الناتج، وما تنحفظ الصورة ولا الصوت.
- الاشتراك: حالة اشتراكك في مكيال+ (من أبل أو قوقل عن طريق RevenueCat). ما نشوف بيانات بطاقتك أبداً.
2. ليش نستخدمها
نستخدمها بس عشان نشغّل التطبيق لك: نحسب احتياجك من السعرات والماكروز، نعرض تقدّمك، نسوّي خطة تمارينك، نرد عليك في المدرب الذكي، ونرسل لك كود الدخول. ما فيه إعلانات، ولا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي أحد.
3. وين تنحفظ
بياناتك مخزّنة في Supabase على خوادم في فرانكفورت (ألمانيا، الاتحاد الأوروبي)، ومشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS)، وكل مستخدم ما يقدر يوصل إلا لبياناته (Row Level Security). بعض التفضيلات (المظهر، اللغة، التذكيرات) تنحفظ في جهازك بس.

بيانات Apple Health ما تنستخدم للإعلانات ولا تنشارك مع أي طرف للتسويق. صور التوثيق توصل بس للأصدقاء اللي تختارهم.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات حسابك تبقى لين تحذف الحساب.
- صور التوثيق تنحذف بعد ما يشوفها المستلمين أو بعد 36 ساعة كحد أقصى.
- صور الأكل والصوت ما تنحفظ أصلاً.
- سجل إرسال أكواد الدخول ينحفظ عند مزوّد الإيميل لفترة محدودة لمنع الإساءة.
6. حقوقك
حسب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة، لك الحق تعرف بياناتك، وتوصل لها، وتصحّحها (من «تعديل بياناتي وهدفي» داخل التطبيق)، وتحذفها، وتسحب موافقتك (مثلاً تلغي ربط Apple Health من إعدادات الجهاز). لأي طلب راسلنا على support@mikyal.net.
7. حذف الحساب
من التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب. ينحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك وصورك نهائياً وفوراً. الاشتراك يُلغى من إعدادات المتجر (أبل أو قوقل). التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب.
8. العمر
التطبيق لمن عمره 16 سنة وفوق، وما نجمع بيانات من هم أصغر عن قصد.
9. تنبيه صحي
الأرقام والنصايح في مكيال تقديرية وعامة، ومو بديل عن استشارة الطبيب أو أخصائي التغذية.
10. التغييرات
لو غيّرنا هذي السياسة بشكل مهم نبلّغك داخل التطبيق، ونحدّث التاريخ فوق.
Privacy Policy

Mikyal is a calorie, nutrition and workout app. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to delete it. Data controller: Suliman Ibrahim Almuzairai, Saudi Arabia. Contact: support@mikyal.net.
1. Data we collect
- Account: email, name, username.
- Body and goal: sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goal (cut / maintain / bulk).
- Health data: meals, calories, macros and micronutrients, water, weight history, workouts and, for users who enable it, menstrual cycle dates.
- Apple Health / Health Connect (optional, read-only): steps, active energy, sleep, resting heart rate — only with your permission. We never write to it.
- Content you add: AI coach messages, your recipes and their photos, favorites, streak proof photos and friend messages.
- Photos and voice for calorie estimates: sent for analysis and the result returned; the photo and audio are not stored.
- Subscription: your Mikyal+ status (from Apple or Google via RevenueCat). We never see your card details.
2. How we use it
Only to run the app for you: calculating your calorie and macro needs, showing progress, building your workout plan, answering you in the AI coach, and sending your sign-in code. No ads, no cross-app tracking, and we never sell your data.
3. Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and each user can only access their own data (Row Level Security). Some preferences (appearance, language, reminders) stay on your device only.

Apple Health data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties for marketing. Streak photos reach only the friends you choose.
5. Retention
- Account data is kept until you delete your account.
- Streak photos are deleted once viewed by recipients, or after 36 hours at most.
- Food photos and audio are never stored.
- A log of sign-in code emails is kept by the email provider for a limited time to prevent abuse.
6. Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you may know about, access, correct (via “Edit my details & goal” in the app) and delete your data, and withdraw consent (e.g. disconnect Apple Health in your device settings). Email support@mikyal.net for any request.
7. Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your account, data and photos are permanently deleted immediately. Cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings. See the account deletion page.
8. Age
Mikyal is for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger users.
9. Health notice
Numbers and tips in Mikyal are estimates and general guidance, not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian.
10. Changes
If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and update the date above.
